Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Your appointment time is reserved for you. Because a missed appointment means another patient could not be seen, we ask that you give us notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This policy explains our notice window and fees.
No Deposit to Book
We do not require a deposit to schedule an appointment. We may keep a payment card on file and, with your authorization at booking, apply a late-cancellation or no-show fee to that card.
Notice to Cancel or Reschedule
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. You can cancel or reschedule by phone, text, or your booking link.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows
- Same-day or late cancellation. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, a $50 fee applies.
- No-show. If you do not arrive for your appointment and do not contact us, a $50 no-show fee applies.
- Card on file. We apply any late-cancellation or no-show fee to the card you authorized at booking.
Treatment Series and Packages
For multi-session treatments, a missed session may be counted as used, or a fee may apply, as described at the time of purchase. Please see our Terms and Conditions for refund and package details.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, we will do our best to see you, but your treatment may be shortened or rescheduled so that we stay on time for other patients.
Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. If something unexpected comes up, please contact us as soon as you can, and we will work with you in good faith. Fees may be waived at the practice's discretion.
