The clinic is led by Dr. Aloysius Fobi, MD and Dr. Zareth Irwin, MD, MS. Accountability sits with a doctor, not a sales manager. Every recommendation is matched to a diagnosis and the clinical evidence behind it, and if a treatment is not indicated, we say so.

Dr. Aloysius Fobi, MD
A board-certified physician with more than 20 years in medicine. He studied at Amherst College and earned his MD at Oregon Health & Science University, where he later served as an associate professor. He has owned and operated multiple med spas and trained over 300 injectors and technicians, with deep expertise across injectables, advanced lasers, PRP and PRF, microneedling, Morpheus8, threads, Kybella, and Sculptra. His approach is holistic and personalized, built for natural, lasting results.
Dr. Zareth Irwin, MD, MS
A board-certified emergency physician with 20 years of clinical experience and medical-director oversight of 30 med spas. He earned his MD at Oregon Health & Science University, with residency and an ultrasound fellowship at UC Irvine. At Evidence he focuses on the conditions most clinics undertreat, including adolescent acne, scarring, rosacea, and melasma, alongside peptide and hormone therapy. He treats aesthetics like the rest of medicine: diagnose first, then treat to the evidence.
Hannah Dodd, PA-C
An experienced emergency medicine PA with more than two decades of clinical practice and extensive leadership experience in healthcare. Her expertise in clinical excellence, quality improvement, and healthcare operations helps ensure an exceptional experience for every patient. She has a particular passion for laser technology and the science behind aesthetic medicine.
Leslie Mollencop, RN
Leslie Mollencop has worked as a registered nurse in the emergency department for over 20 years. She is a dedicated and organized hustler who loves nothing more than finding a creative and thoughtful way to elevate just about anything. She is inspired by science, by nature, by humanity. Humor is her love language, and she hopes to always be a loyal support to her team and patients. Her philosophy on aesthetics: "The Sistine Chapel is gorgeous just as it stands but Michelangelo gave it a reason to be a work of art."
Becky Foxworthy, RN
An RN, BSN with 9 years of experience. Her favorite treatments to perform at Evidence are laser hair removal and tattoo removal, and she loves seeing the progress made with each session.
Vanessa Berg, RN
A registered nurse with 13 years of experience, including emergency medicine, who has specialized in Botox for the past four years. She believes the best aesthetic results are subtle, enhancing your natural features with a less-is-more approach. A lifelong learner, she loves the science behind lasers and customizing treatments to help every client feel confident in their own skin.
Kevin Hill, RN
A registered nurse since 2020 with a specialty background in emergency and trauma services. Originally from north Idaho, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lewis-Clark State College and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Idaho.
Phaedra Stefanakis, RN
Phaedra has over 12 years of experience as a registered nurse. She became passionate about skin care through her own experiences and finding what worked for her. She believes everyone should feel confident in their skin, knowing each person's needs are unique to them.
