The clinic is led by Dr. Aloysius Fobi, MD and Dr. Zareth Irwin, MD, MS. Accountability sits with a doctor, not a sales manager. Every recommendation is matched to a diagnosis and the clinical evidence behind it, and if a treatment is not indicated, we say so.

Dr. Aloysius Fobi, MD
Dr. Fobi is a board-certified physician with more than 20 years in medicine. He studied at Amherst College and earned his MD at Oregon Health & Science University, where he later served as an associate professor. He has owned and operated multiple med spas and trained over 300 injectors and technicians. His passion for knowledge is evidenced by the fact that that not even a skull fracture could keep him out of a single day of school in his youth.
Dr. Zareth Irwin, MD, MS
Dr. Irwin is a board-certified emergency physician with 20 years of clinical experience and medical-director oversight of 30 med spas. He earned his MD at Oregon Health & Science University, with residency and an ultrasound fellowship at UC Irvine. He once spent three weeks in a clown suit in Siberian children’s hospitals (feel free to ask). He loves the physics of lasers and seeing patients get great results. He is particularly drawn to treating adolescent acne, scarring, rosacea, and melasma.
Hannah Dodd, PA-C
Hannah is an emergency medicine PA with more than two decades of clinical practice and extensive leadership experience in healthcare. Her expertise in clinical excellence, quality improvement, and healthcare operations helps ensure an exceptional experience for every patient. Despite being a competitive kickboxer, she is not as scary as she sounds (but still , don’t F- with her). She has a particular passion for laser technology, the science behind aesthetic medicine, and seeing her patients have great results.
Leslie Mollencop, RN
Leslie has worked as an RN in the emergency department for over 20 years. She is a dedicated and organized hustler who loves finding creative and thoughtful ways to elevate everything. A renowned speaker, she is inspired by science, nature, and humanity. Humor is her love language, and she is always a loyal support to her team and patients. Coming from a hometown smaller than your house, her skillset is limitless. When Leslie is working, you may finish your treatment to find that your car got an oil change.
Becky Foxworthy, RN
Becky is an RN, BSN with 9 years of experience. A true intellectual, Becky with a textbook is like a dog with a bone…touch it and you might get hurt. Her favorite laser treatments are laser hair removal and tattoo removal, and she loves seeing the progress made with each session.
Vanessa Berg, RN
Vanessa is a registered nurse with 13 years of experience, including emergency medicine, who has specialized in Botox for the past four years. She believes the best aesthetic results are subtle, enhancing your natural features with a less-is-more approach. A lifelong learner, she loves the science behind lasers and customizing treatments to help every client feel confident in their own skin. She may also be the only person known who can give a tattoo and remove a tattoo simultaneously.
Kevin Hill, RN
Kevin is what happens when being a fitness model isn’t altruistic enough. He has been a registered nurse since 2020, specializing in emergency and trauma care. With Bachelor’s degrees in biology and nursing, he has been spotted reading science textbooks while passing everyone on his mountain bike. He is fascinated by the physics of lasers, with a special interest in tattoo removal.
Phaedra Stefanakis, RN
Phaedra has over 12 years of experience as a registered nurse. Her passion for skin care came through her own experimentation and finding what worked for her. She believes everyone should feel confident "in their own skin," knowing each person's needs are unique to them. An exemplary life long learner, Phaedra learned two new languages while writing this bio.
